Lebanon is part of a Cooperative Parish, which means we team up with other churches in the area to do events, mission projects, etc. It is called the Valley Parish.
Valley Parish Groups:
¨ The Wednesday Night Youth Meeting (at Grange Hall, 6:30pm) consists of the children and youth from all the churches in the Valley Parish.
¨ Valley Parish Choir. They present an Easter and Christmas Cantata every year and sing for our evening worship services and Revivals.
¨ Valley Parish Young Adult Group. This group is lead by our own Pastor, Nancy Martin and her husband Ben. We meet once a month in each other’s homes for a meal and fellowship. We occasionally attend Conference Young Adult Events in Knoxville. We are laid-back and friendly.
¨ Prayer Shawl Ministry. We knit prayer shawls for the Kingsport Cancer Center in an effort to spread God’s love and healing touch to our neighbors. We have knitting/crochet classes/get-togethers about once a month, usually at Okolona UMC.
¨ United Methodist Women. The ladies of the Parish meet together once a month at the churches on a rotation:

Aug. 22 Cameron 7::00pm.
Sept. 26 Grange Hall 4:30 pm.
